I am from Paraguay and I am a lawyer by profession. For a significant part of my life, I worked in the travel industry. When I started a family, I moved to Santiago de Chile, where my main focus was raising my children. However, I also became a partner in a restaurant in Santiago, which ended up being recognized for making the most delicious empanadas in the city.
Later, we relocated to Miami, a city that has always been one of my favorites to live in. Here, I had the opportunity to work for a company that sold tax-free luxury products on airplanes. I helped this company develop new business ventures and open new markets in Latin America. Through this role, I had the privilege of traveling around the world, both personally and professionally, experiencing the best hotels, restaurants, and services offered by various airlines. This exposure provided me with a deep understanding of what excellent customer service means.
